Unlimited Auto Wash didn’t start as a big idea or a franchise model. It started with Kevin Dalton seeing a problem that had been overlooked for years.
After growing up in the car wash and convenience store industry, Kevin understood how most operations worked. They were built for speed and volume, not for protecting the long-term condition of a vehicle. That same pattern showed up when he came to South Florida, where automated tunnel washes and self-service bays had become the norm across Palm Beach County.
They were quick. They were convenient. But over time, they caused the kind of wear most people did not notice until it had already happened. Micro-scratches in the clear coat. Dull paint. A finish that slowly lost its shine.
That never felt like the right way to care for a vehicle.
So instead of following the same model, Unlimited Auto Wash was built around something different.

The goal was simple. Create a full-service, hassle-free, 100% hand car wash that eliminates the risks caused by automated systems.
No spinning brushes. No conveyor systems. No machines dragging dirt across the surface of your paint.
Every vehicle would be cleaned by hand, by people who understood that a car is not just transportation. For many people, it is one of the biggest investments they make, and the way it is cared for matters.

Today, Unlimited Auto Wash services over 300,000 vehicles every year, and more than 2.1 million vehicles have been washed since 2019. Every one of them was done by hand, with a full-service approach and no machines.

Mid- and upper-tier plans add features like interior cleaning, vacuuming, dash and console wipe-downs, and tire shine. Higher levels also include premium services like Graphene High Gloss Shield, windshield repellent, and leather conditioning.
The convenience matters too. Memberships are valid at all Unlimited Auto Wash Club locations across South Florida, and customers can sign up online with auto-billing so they never have to think about paying at each visit. There is even an option to add a second vehicle to the same account, which makes it easier for families to stay on top of vehicle care.
